There are sixteen LED digital displays on the decorative panel of the laser cutting machine. The left three rows of nine are parameter displays, the right row of seven is the function display, the bottom is the operation control button, and the right column of six LED light-emitting crystal diodes is the status indicator.
The gated red indicator light on the decorative panel is illuminated (3rd in the last), indicating phase loss protection or phase loss when the phase loss or phase sequence (gating) is displayed. In order to ensure safe and stable use of the power supply, our power supply has phase sequence protection and phase failure protection. In case of phase error or lack of phase, in order to prompt the user, the red light on the phase loss protector is on, and the power supply has no way to work normally.
The so-called "phase sequence protection" refers to the protection function that the power supply automatically performs when the order of the three phase lines of the three-phase AC power supply is wrong. The user only needs to change the position of the two phase lines arbitrarily in the three phase lines. The green light on the phase loss protector is on, and the power supply can work normally. The "phase loss" refers to the lack of one phase or two phases in the three-phase AC power supply, and the power supply automatically performs the protection function. The user must carefully check whether the phase line connection is loose. After the inspection, the green light of the phase loss protector is on. The power supply can work normally.
